For our growing company, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Personal Assistant / Office Manager. In this varied role, you will be the right hand of the management team and make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. No two days are the same: from managing calendars and inboxes to supporting marketing activities and coordinating office and facility matters.

What will you do?

As a Personal Assistant / Office Manager, you are responsible for supporting management and organising various operational tasks. You keep an overview, set priorities, and make sure everything is handled on time and correctly.

Your tasks include:

  • Managing various inboxes and handling incoming messages.
  • Supporting management by scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and following up on actions.
  • Managing calendars and coordinating internal and external appointments.
  • Staying in contact with customers, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Supporting marketing activities, social media, and content planning.
  • Checking and monitoring ongoing projects and action points.
  • Coordinating fleet management, maintenance, and damage handling.
  • Managing phones, subscriptions, and other facility matters.
  • Preparing and organising meetings and monthly consultations.
  • Spotting areas for improvement and independently handling organisational matters.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who works independently, can switch quickly, and likes taking responsibility. You are:

  • Strong in organisation and you like structure.
  • Proactive and always thinking one step ahead.
  • Good at communication and professional.
  • Accurate and strong in administration.
  • Stress resistant and good at setting priorities.
  • Discreet and reliable when handling confidential information.
  • Digitally skilled and quick to learn new systems.

What do you bring?

  • MBO+ working and thinking level.
  • Experience in a support, administrative, or coordinating role is a plus, but not required.
  • Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • An interest in marketing, social media, and business processes is a plus.

What we offer

  • Salary between €2500 and €3000 gross per month.
