That is why we have developed a clear step by step plan that guides you through the process. No loose ends or confusion, but clear communication, short lines and one fixed contact person. This way, you know exactly what to expect.
Step 1: First contact
Most customers find us through Google, comparison websites such as Werkspot, or through a recommendation from others. However you found us, it always starts with a first intake. This can be by phone, by email or through our online form.
During this intake, we get to know each other and briefly discuss your wishes, the current situation and your general budget. This helps us quickly get a clear picture of your project.
Step 2: Home visit or video consultation
After the intake, we schedule a home visit or video consultation. This meeting is free and without obligation.
During this meeting, we look at the current situation or floor plan. We discuss your wishes, style preferences and any practical needs. We think along with you about the layout, possible challenges and answer your questions. Whether you already know exactly what you want or are still exploring your options, our advisor will help you get started.
Step 3: 3D design and quote
Based on our visit, we create a realistic 3D design of your future bathroom. This shows you what the space could look like, from the sanitary ware to the tiles and lighting.
You will also receive a clear quote including:
The work we need to carry out
The chosen materials and products
The expected duration of the renovation
The total costs, including installation
We work with fixed price ranges, so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 4: Choosing sanitary ware
Have you not chosen your sanitary ware or tiles yet? No problem. Thanks to our partnerships with bathroom specialists across the country, we can help you get started. We refer you to reliable suppliers that match your style and budget. Whether you are looking for a sleek small sink or a freestanding bath with luxury taps, we think along with you and make sure everything fits. And of course, you can always come to us with any questions!
Step 5: Approval and planning
Are you happy with the design, the quote and the chosen products? Then we move on to planning. Your project now officially goes into preparation. From this moment, you will be assigned a fixed project manager who makes sure everything runs smoothly. The project manager is your contact person for everything, from the technical measurement to the final handover.
Step 6: Technical check
About three weeks before the renovation starts, the project manager visits for a technical check. We measure everything again, check the pipes and electrics and discuss any details or final changes. To make communication easy, we also set up a group app. This includes you, the installers and the project manager. This way, everyone always has access to the same information and questions can be answered quickly.
Step 7: Final check
On the Friday before the renovation, we do one last check. We check whether all materials are complete, whether everything is clear and whether the work can start as planned. Do you still have questions or would you like to change something? Then we discuss it straight away, so everything can start smoothly.
Step 8: The renovation
During the renovation, we keep the work tidy and limit any inconvenience as much as possible. Through the group app, we keep you updated on the progress and you can easily stay in touch with the team.
Our installers work with care and precision. And of course, we leave everything clean and tidy.
Step 9: Handover and aftercare
After the work is completed, we walk through the entire bathroom together. We check whether everything works properly and whether you are satisfied.
